How long does it take to deliver?
Orders are normally shipped out within 2 business days after confirmation. During peak times, orders may take up to 4 business days to ship from the day the order was placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the next business day. You should receive your order between 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What courier service are you using?
Our international parcels are delivered by QExpress. We are still checking out other couriers as well.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to major cities in USA, UK, China, Hongkong, Taiwan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Vietnam. Interested customers who are not from any of the above listed countries, do chat with us and we will check if we can deliver to your country of residence. We do not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarders.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We currently accept payments by major credit cards, Paypal and Alipay for international orders.
Can I change my delivery address after order confirmation?
We currently do not support changing of delivery address after order confirmation.
